This policy explains what cookies the raxar.es website uses, their purpose, and how you can manage them. RAXAR commits to using the minimum necessary cookies and respecting your privacy at all times.

— Preference cookies: remember settings like language or cookie banner acceptance. Duration: up to 12 months.
Analytics / statistics cookies (require consent):
— PostHog: product analytics service with EU-based servers. It is not active on raxar.es today and sets no cookie. If enabled, it will collect aggregated and anonymized data about navigation (pages visited, time on site, device, country), only after your consent; it does not identify individual users or use advertising tracking cookies. Duration: up to 12 months.
— Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC · G-PK7XSCP2SN): audience and site-usage measurement. Loads only if you accept analytics cookies, with Consent Mode v2 (analytics storage denied by default) and anonymized IP. Involves transfer to Google servers (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Typical duration: up to 24 months (_ga).
We do NOT use marketing, advertising, remarketing, or social network cookies (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).

— Activates only with analytics consent; Consent Mode v2 denied by default; no advertising or remarketing cookies from this tag.

PostHog is not active on this site today. You can reject analytics in the banner or via Manage cookies.

Consent banner: On first visit to the site, a banner appears where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies.

6. Legal Basis
The use of cookies on this website is based on:

— Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) — Regulation of electronic communications in Spain.
— Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) — European framework for cookies and electronic communications.
Technical cookies are used based on legitimate interest of the provider to guarantee site operation (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Analytics cookies require your prior consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
7. Periodic Consent Renewal
In line with Spanish Data Protection Agency guidelines (AEPD · Cookie use guide, 2023 edition), consent granted for non-essential cookies has a maximum validity of 24 months. We apply a shorter period: after 12 months we display the consent banner again so you can ratify or modify your choice.
Regardless of this period, you can revoke your consent at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" button available in the site footer or by clearing cookies from your browser (which will present the banner on your next visit).
8. Do Not Track (DNT) and Privacy Signals
We respect browser privacy control signals:
— Do Not Track (DNT): if your browser sends the DNT: 1 header, we do not load analytics cookies (PostHog or Google Analytics). Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used.
— Global Privacy Control (GPC): same policy · we treat the GPC signal as rejection of analytics cookies.
— Ad Personalisation Opt-Out: we do not use advertising cookies · opt-out does not apply.
This policy is more protective than legally required in Spain and we consider it the appropriate ethical standard for a B2B service that values user privacy.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in used technologies or applicable legislation. The last update date appears at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will inform you via a new consent banner requiring your explicit action.
